Questions people ask before they start
Do residents pay through the app?
No. That is deliberate. Residents pay the way they already do: cash, a transfer, or a collector at the door. Bineyetna records the payment the moment it happens, so the resident sees it on their balance straight away. Money never passes through us.
Are there late fees?
No automatic penalties. Bineyetna makes what's owed impossible to miss, without punitive surprises.
What happens when a family moves out?
Mark them moved out; the apartment's login is instantly ready for the next family, while the old history stays intact. Credits follow the family, not the apartment.
How do staff get access?
A one-time invite link, shareable over WhatsApp. You choose exactly what each person can do, down to "record meter readings only."
